You will ensure the team delivers secure, scalable, and reliable software that serves enterprise customers.\n\nTechnology Stack\n\nK8S / EKS\n\nAWS\n\nTerraform\n\nGo / Java\n\nNoSql (Couchbase, MongoDB)\n\nGitHub Actions / ArgoCD\n\nPrimary Responsibilities\nPeople Management: \n\nRecruit and retain top engineering talent. \n\nConduct regular one-on-ones to support growth and assess performance. \n\nLead and mentor engineers, fostering learning and collaboration. \n\nAddress team well-being and prevent burnout. \n\nMaintain engineering culture standards.\n\nDelivery Management: \n\nOptimize team structure and resource allocation based on priorities and strengths. \n\nManage timelines and deliverables for high-quality, on-time delivery. \n\nImprove engineering processes for better efficiency and quality. \n\nDrive agile practices and continuous improvement. \n\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams on strategic initiatives. \n\nEnsure clear stakeholder communication and alignment. \n\nAlign engineering with company objectives and business value.\n\nEngineering Management: \n\nMaintain high code quality and architectural standards. \n\nGuide technical decisions to align with company standards and goals. \n\nDrive innovation and technical improvements. \n\nLead technical discussions and decision-making. \n\nConvert initiatives into team tasks and track progress. \n\nProactively identify and mitigate technical risks. \n\nWork with Compliance on regulatory requirements and audits. \n\nConduct thorough incident reviews to address root causes.\n\nWymagania\nRequirements\n\nProven Leadership Experience: At least 3 years of experience leading cross-functional, agile development teams, ideally in a product-driven environment.\n\nTechnical Background: Solid hands-on experience as a software engineer.
