\n3、算法协同：与模型评测团队深度对齐benchmark需求，准确理解各阶段模型评测的差异化要求; 对模型生成样本做专业评审，定位各维度能力缺陷，输出结构化评估报告; 将专业评测意见用技术语言清晰传达给算法、工程团队，推动模型在叙事逻辑、光影质感、运动合理性等核心维度上持续提升; \n4、效率优化：持续优化评测数据生产流程，建立可复用的评测任务管理规范与SOP; 推动AI辅助工具在评测流程中的应用，提升评测效率，降低人工成本。\n任职要求 / Requirements\n1、本科及以上学历，编导/摄影/导演/视听/动画/特效及相关专业背景，熟悉镜头语言、分镜、叙事结构，具备专业的视频内容评判能力; \n2、3年以上数据项目管理或模型评测相关经验，了解视频生成模型训练流程及评测逻辑; \n3、能将审美判断规则化、标准化，专业评判什么是好、为什么好，并转化为可执行的评测规范; \n4、有管理大规模外包团队的实际经验，具备较强的多任务并行管理能力; \n5、跨团队协作能力强，能在技术团队和执行团队之间高效对齐，不需要写代码但需要能读懂评测需求; \n6、抗压、Owner意识强，能在高节奏迭代中持续交付;
