\n2、扎实的后端基础：熟悉 Go / Node.js 中至少一门服务端语言，掌握 HTTP、RPC、鉴权、事务、并发控制和常见服务治理方法，能够设计清晰稳定的 API; \n3、数据建模能力：熟悉 MySQL、PostgreSQL 等关系型数据库，理解索引、事务隔离、查询优化和数据迁移; 熟悉 Redis、消息队列或任务队列，并能根据业务一致性要求选择合适方案; \n4、可靠性意识：能够识别重复提交、任务重入、部分失败、超时、数据错配和权限越界等风险，并通过幂等、状态机、补偿、审计和监控建立防护;
