Active Directory, Azure Active Directory (Entra ID), Group Policies, and user accounts, including access and permissions management.\nManage Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.\nManage and support endpoint devices using Microsoft Intune or equivalent device management platforms.\nMonitor system performance, availability, and capacity, and proactively address potential infrastructure issues.\nTroubleshoot and resolve hardware, operating system, application, and network-related issues.\nConfigure, maintain, and troubleshoot virtualization environments such as VMware and Hyper-V.\nManage and monitor backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity processes to support operational resilience.\nSupport and maintain LAN, WAN, VPN, Wi-Fi, DNS, DHCP, and firewall infrastructure.\nImplement system updates, security patches, configuration changes, and security hardening in accordance with organisational standards.\nMaintain accurate IT asset inventories, technical documentation, knowledge articles, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).\nCollaborate with Cyber Security and other technology teams to maintain compliance with organisational security policies and standards.\nParticipate in infrastructure projects, system upgrades, migrations, and technology implementations.\nProvide Level 2/Level 3 technical support, including incident investigation, root-cause analysis, and escalation management.\nParticipate in on-call and after-hours support when required to maintain business continuity and infrastructure availability.\nRequirements\n1-6 years of experience in System Administration, Infrastructure Support, or IT Operations.\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.\nStrong hands-on knowledge of Windows Server administration.\nExperience with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Azure Active Directory (Entra ID).\nExperience managing endpoint devices using Microsoft Intune or equivalent MDM solutions.\nKnowledge of virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V.\nGood understanding of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, VLANs, and firewalls.\nExperience with backup and disaster recovery solutions.\nFamiliarity with PowerShell scripting and automation.\nBasic understanding of Azure cloud infrastructure is desirable.\nExperience with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, or similar platforms.\nStrong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.\nExcellent communication and customer service skills.\nAbility to prioritise tasks and manage multiple incidents simultaneously.\nStrong attention to detail with good documentation and reporting skills.\nAbility to work both independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.\nProactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and operational efficiency.\nWillingness to provide after-hours
