We are headquartered in London and have offices across Europe, North America, and Asia-Pacific.\nWhat You'll Be Doing\nDevelop and execute creative concepts, style guides and design systems that adhere to client brand standards, ensuring the usability, consistency, relevance, and functionality of the finished product\nPresent layouts to clients for the ongoing milestones of project delivery \nParticipate in client meetings and calls to gather requirements, provide input on visual solutions, and communicate design rationale effectively\nInspire and motivate clients to be creatively progressive, through the application of fresh and inventive visual work\nEnsure timely delivery of assigned design tasks, managing workload efficiently within project timelines and adapting to shifting deadlines and requirements\nRequirements\nAt least 4 years of proven experience in a digital creative role \nProblem solver and able to evaluate a creative brief and develop original and innovative design concepts\nPassion and attention to detail\nSolid understanding of responsive and design and accessibility (with examples)\nExperience working with existing Digital Design systems and creating new ones from the ground up\nA flexible approach and willingness to adapt ideas to the needs of clients\nStrong presentation skills and confidence to speak about the reasons for your design decisions\nUnderstanding of creative processes with a strong awareness for the importance of brand and identity within an organisation\nProficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, prototyping and interaction tools are also useful\nA good understanding of user experience (UX) and user-centred design principles (UCD)\nExcellent understanding of typography, image manipulation and knowledge of illustration techniques\nExperience working on corporate communications or investor relations sites is a plus\nThe Role\nThis role offers the opportunity to work across a broad spectrum of client engagements, ranging from major global corporations to smaller, developing businesses. You will be responsible for engaging with clients, capturing briefs, and developing concepts and design systems that communicate their stories effectively or address strategic challenges.
