This is a unique opportunity to contribute to impactful European projects in education, research, and society. You will join a dynamic and international team and apply your organizational and communication skills to help shape European cooperation in higher education.\nKey Responsibilities:\nSupport the coordination and smooth implementation of the CIVICA project through effective administrative and project management tasks.\nUse Microsoft tools, including SharePoint and Teams, to manage documents and project workflows.\nOrganize and participate in meetings with internal stakeholders and external partners, ensuring timely delivery and full engagement.\nHandle travel arrangements and expense reporting.\nSupport budget management across several projects and funding streams.\nCommunicate project goals, timelines, and concepts clearly across teams, ensuring alignment with broader strategic objectives.\nCollaborate closely with internal departments and CIVICA partners to maintain an integrated and well-informed approach across all activities.\nEnsure compliance with institutional, national, and European regulations and uphold the highest standards of accountability, transparency, and data protection in all tasks.\n\nQualifications\nTo thrive in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:\nRequired Skills and Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree.\nMinimum of two years of professional experience.\nFull professional fluency in English and Spanish (both written and spoken).\nStrong command of Microsoft SharePoint, Teams, and Office Suite.\nExperience with travel booking tools (e.g., Cytric) and expense management systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics).\nExcellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.\nProven experience working with project management processes; familiarity with Agile tools and methodologies is a plus.\nPrevious experience working on European funded programmes (e.g., Erasmus+, Horizon Europe, EACEA) will be considered a strong asset.\nA proactive attitude, ability to work autonomously, and a genuine interest in global partnerships and European cooperation.\nStrong interpersonal skills and ability to work in multicultural, collaborative environments.\nStrong commitment to compliance and quality standards in the management of European projects.\n\nUnleash your full potential and make an impact.
