This ignites a ripple effect: We transform people, who then transform others, systems, society, and, ultimately, our world.\nOur Purpose\nTo foster positive change.\nValues\nCultivate the humanistic approach. \nEmpower your entrepreneurial spirit \nCherish the diversity of people, mind, and experience \nDrive innovation with a proactive mindset\nWe are looking for a person to join a full-time position inMadrid - IE Tower.\nResponsibilities\nYour role as ERP Analyst will involve:\nAnalyze business requirements and translate them into ERP solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.\nSupport, configure, maintain, and optimize D365 F&O modules and related business processes.\nWork closely with functional departments to identify opportunities for process improvement and system automation.\nManage and coordinate ERP-related incidents, service requests, and enhancements.\nParticipate in ERP implementation, upgrade, testing, and deployment activities.\nDefine and execute functional and integration testing plans.\nCollaborate with development teams and external vendors to deliver technical solutions.\nDesign, monitor, and support integrations between Dynamics 365 and other enterprise applications using Microsoft integration technologies.\nCreate and maintain system documentation, process flows, and technical specifications.\nProvide end-user training and support when required.\nStay up to date with Microsoft technology trends, especially in ERP, automation, AI, and intelligent agents.\nQualifications\nTo thrive in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:\nBachelor’s Degree in one of the following disciplines:\nComputer Science\nTelecommunications Engineering\nIndustrial Engineering\nInformation Systems or a related technical field\nExperience\nMinimum 3 years of hands-on experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.\nExperience supporting ERP environments in medium to large organizations.\nProven experience participating in ERP implementation, enhancement, or transformation projects.\nExperience working with cross-functional business teams and external vendors.\nTechnical Skills\nStrong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.\nExperience with ERP business processes, including Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, Projects, or Operations.\nKnowledge of system integration architectures and technologies.\nExperience integrating D365 F&O with other enterprise systems using APIs, middleware, Power Platform, Azure Integration Services, or similar technologies.\nUnderstanding of IT Service Management and support processes.\nFamiliarity with Microsoft Azure ecosystem is considered a plus.\nCertifications\nRequired:\nMicrosoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant Associate (or equivalent Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations certification).\nPreferred:\nAdditional Microsoft certifications related to Dynamics 365, Azure, Power Platform, or Integration Services.\nArtificial Intelligence & Microsoft Ecosystem\nKnowledge of AI Agents, Copilot technologies, and Generative AI solutions within the Microsoft ecosystem.\nUnderstanding of how AI-driven solutions can enhance business processes, ERP operations, and user productivity.\nExperience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform AI capabilities, or Azure AI services is highly desirable.\nLanguages\n English: Minimum B2 level (mandatory).\nAdditional languages are considered a plus.\nCompetencies\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.\nAbility to work independently and collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams.\nCustomer-service orientation and business mindset.\nStrong organizational skills and attention to detail.\nContinuous learning attitude and passion for innovation.\nUnleash your full potential and make an impact.
