This ignites a ripple effect: We transform people, who then transform others, systems, society, and, ultimately, our world.\nOur Purpose\nTo foster positive change.\nValues\nCultivate the humanistic approach. \nEmpower your entrepreneurial spirit \nCherish the diversity of people, mind, and experience \nDrive innovation with a proactive mindset\nWe are looking for a person to join a full-time position inMadrid - IE Tower, Segovia Campus, María de Molina, Pinar 18, Velázquez, etc.\nResponsibilities\nYour role as a Junior Manager will involve:\nSupporting the monthly payroll process, including the collection, review and validation of payroll variables, absences, benefits, deductions and other employee-related information.\nCoordinating with the payroll provider and reviewing payroll calculations to ensure accuracy and compliance with established deadlines.\nSupporting Social Security procedures, including employee registrations, terminations, contract variations, contribution data and the resolution of administrative incidents.\nAssisting with employment contracts, extensions, amendments and other employee documentation.\nMaintaining accurate employee records and HR databases, including new hires, departures, personal details, absences, leave, holidays and payroll-related changes.\nAccounting for HR expenses, including payroll, Social Security contributions and employee benefit invoices.\nMonitoring and processing invoices, payments, accounting entries, transfers and supporting documentation.\nPreparing and issuing bank transfers, payroll payment files and other HR-related payments.\nMonitoring bank transactions and supporting bank and accounting reconciliations in coordination with the Finance Department.\nSupporting payroll-related tax and Social Security reporting and providing the required information to external advisers and internal stakeholders.\nManaging employee benefits and liaising with insurance companies, banks and other HR suppliers.\nPreparing regular reports, reconciliations and HR metrics using Excel and HR systems.\nResponding to employees’ administrative, payroll and benefits-related queries in a clear and confidential manner.\nEnsuring that employee information and documentation are handled in accordance with internal policies, data protection requirements and applicable labour regulations.\nProviding general administrative support to the Human Resources Department and participating in HR improvement projects.\nQualifications\nTo thrive in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:\nDegree or vocational qualification in Human Resources, Labour Relations, Business Administration, Accounting or a related field.\nAround one to two years of experience in HR administration, payroll, labour administration or a similar position. Relevant internships will also be considered.\nBasic knowledge of Spanish payroll, labour regulations, Social Security and personal income tax processes.\nExperience working with payroll information, employee documentation, invoices or accounting records.\nFluency in Spanish and a professional working level of English.\nAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and confidence working with databases and HR systems.\nExperience with Microsoft Dynamics AX or another ERP system would be an advantage.\nFamiliarity with payroll software, Sistema RED, SILTRA, Contrat@ or similar platforms would be desirable.\nStrong analytical and organizational skills, with excellent attention to detail.\nAbility to manage confidential information responsibly.\nA proactive, service-oriented and collaborative approach.\nAbility to organize priorities, meet deadlines and communicate effectively with employees, suppliers and internal departments.\nUnleash your full potential and make an impact.
