Responsibilities
Your role as a Program Assistant will involve:
The candidate must be comfortable working in a dynamic environment that requires multitasking and the ability to interact with diverse profiles. Also, the successful candidate should be detail-oriented, enjoy interacting with people, and be a team player. The most relevant tasks managed by the Program Assistant include, but are not limited to:
- Act as a point of contact with students and faculty.
- Have an acting role managing the communication channels with internal and external stakeholders (students, professors, IEU departments).
- Organize and participate in events with students.
Qualifications
To thrive in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- Fluency in both English and Spanish, and good communication skills (verbal and written).
- A track record of customer interface, excellent organizational skills, and a “can-do" attitude.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Curious, open to learning, and with teamwork skills.
- Strong desire to work in a multicultural environment.
- Candidates must possess a valid EU work permit.
