We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Program Coordinator to join our Operations and Course Management team, supporting a portfolio of online programs. The Program Coordinator will be responsible for carrying out academic, operational, and enrollment-related duties for online programs delivered to both B2B and B2C clients. This full-time position requires an individual who is detail-oriented, comfortable working with learning management systems, and has a natural gift for customer service.

Responsibilities
Your role as a Program Coordinator, Digital Learning will involve:
- Support the enrollment process for online programs, coordinating with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Attend to administrative duties to ensure a smooth enrollment process.
- Provide first-level technical support to participants when needed.
- Execute the delivery of online programs as part of the Program Management team.
- Manage end-to-end delivery of synchronous and asynchronous online programs.
- Support participants and faculty before, during, and after the program.
- Execute satisfaction surveys and analyze participant feedback.
- Leverage learning analytics to enhance the learner experience.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with participants, faculty, corporate clients, and internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Academic, Admissions, Marketing, Sales, Technology, and Finance, to ensure successful program delivery.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and client communications.
- Investigate and test innovative educational technologies, artificial intelligence, and learning analytics solutions to improve program delivery and learner satisfaction.
