Program Delivery & Operations\nSupport the day-to-day execution of assigned academic programs, ensuring activities run smoothly and according to plan.\nAssist with the coordination of academic calendars, course schedules, and program milestones.\nContribute to the organization and delivery of key program activities, including onboarding, orientations, and events.\nEnsure operational consistency and adherence to internal processes and timelines.\n3. Stakeholder Coordination\nLiaise with faculty to facilitate communication related to course delivery, student matters, and academic requirements.\nCollaborate with internal departments (Admissions, Registrar, Planning, Student Services, etc.).\nSupport the alignment of all stakeholders involved in the student journey.\n4. Administrative & Process Management\nManage program-related documentation, systems, and tools (e.g., attendance tracking, student records, communication platforms).\nSupport the preparation and dissemination of communications to students and faculty.\nEnsure compliance with academic policies, procedures, and deadlines.\nMaintain accurate records and support reporting activities as needed.\n5. Team Support & Continuous Improvement\nWork closely with Junior Managers, Associate Directors, and other team members to ensure effective program delivery.\nIdentify operational challenges and propose improvements to enhance efficiency and student experience.\nContribute to special projects and initiatives related to program development and innovation.\nQualifications\nTo thrive in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:\nBachelor’s Degree is required.\nProfessional experience in higher education, customer service, or administrative roles is highly valued\nBilingual, or advanced proficiency, in both English and Spanish (written and oral).\nA minimum of 3 years of professional experience is required.\nHaving experience working in an international environment is a plus.\nStrong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills\nAbility to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.\nProactive mindset, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.\nHigh level of customer orientation and commitment to student experience\nCandidates must possess a valid EU work permit\nUnleash your full potential and make an impact.
