This ignites a ripple effect: We transform people, who then transform others, systems, society, and, ultimately, our world.\nOur Purpose\nTo foster positive change.\nValues\nCultivate the humanistic approach. \nEmpower your entrepreneurial spirit \nCherish the diversity of people, mind, and experience \nDrive innovation with a proactive mindset\nWe are looking for a person to join a full-time position inRiyadh, Saudi Arabia.\nResponsibilities\nYour role as a Senior Program Coordinator will involve:\nInteraction with Students:\nMeet with corporate students in order to solve issues, offer advice, and/or give support with empathy, sensitivity and a professional customer-oriented approach, on a daily basis. \nCo-manage the relationship with class representatives together with other team members \nSupport corporate students facing academic difficulties or overall challenges within the programs \nManage (written and oral) communications with corporate students, including all written regular communications and information points; presentations and information sessions; etc. \nUsing corporate student feedback, identify ways to improve their experience with IE. \nInteraction with Professors and other departments:\nLiaise with professors to communicate specific corporate student or group situations, request feedback, ensure timely submission of grades, syllabi, etc. and provide ongoing support to faculty members and teaching staff. \nCollaborate with other IE Departments - such as the Admissions Department, Marketing Department, Planning, Documentation, Student Services, Student Life, Registrar’s Office, Maintenance Dept., International Mobility Office, etc. - in order to ensure a successful student experience. \nInternal Development:\nOffer support with the delivery of the Corporate Masters. \nAttend to all administrative and logistical duties to ensure a smooth running of the department. \nAssist participants and faculty before, during and after the program. \nOffer support to program managers/ admissions with sales related duties: \nRepresent IE at promotional events (master classes, fairs, etc.). \nAttend to all administrative duties to ensure a smooth running of the commercial activities \nParticipation in the management of onboarding processes, as well as daily interaction with participants and faculty; \nRepresenting IE XL in face-to-face events on campus and outside; \nDaily commercial activity and attention to participants; \nHelping with event organization. Take responsibility for corporate special program components, areas, initiatives and projects. \nQualifications\nTo thrive in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:\nA Master’s Degree is strongly preferred. \nBilingual, or advanced proficiency, in English and, Spanish (written and oral).\nA minimum of 3 years of professional experience is required. \nInternational experience is strongly preferred. \nStrong project management capabilities. \nThe candidate will demonstrate solid customer management skills, ability to work under pressure, and high level of accountability. \nExperience in multi-stakeholder environments, as well as excellent communication skills and a strong customer orientation, are essential. \nExperience in global management education, or working with business schools, is a plus. \nCandidates must possess a valid EU work permit \nUnleash your full potential and make an impact.
