This ignites a ripple effect: We transform people, who then transform others, systems, society, and, ultimately, our world.\nOur Purpose\nTo foster positive change.\nValues\nCultivate the humanistic approach. \nEmpower your entrepreneurial spirit \nCherish the diversity of people, mind, and experience \nDrive innovation with a proactive mindset\nWe are looking for a person to join a full-time position inMadrid - IE Tower\nResponsibilities\nYour role as a Program Assistant - Master in Real Estate Development (MRED) will involve:\nAcademic and Program Coordination\nSupport the planning and execution of academic calendars, class sessions, workshops, project presentations, and key program milestones.\nCoordinate class schedules, room bookings, technical resources, and faculty requirements.\nServe as a primary point of contact for students regarding academic, operational, and program-related matters.\nLiaise with faculty to coordinate course materials, project briefs, assignments, evaluations, and academic requirements.\nMonitor deadlines and deliverables, ensuring that students and faculty receive accurate and timely information.\nAdministrative and Operational Support\nHandle daily administrative tasks, including documentation, database management, attendance monitoring, and maintenance of student records.\nSupport the logistics of academic activities, meetings, workshops, site visits, company visits, and international modules.\nCoordinate travel and accommodation for faculty, guest lecturers, and external professionals when required.\nAssist with the preparation and organization of classrooms, materials, equipment, and other resources needed for academic activities.\nMaintain effective communication with internal departments, industry partners, and service providers.\nCommunication and Reporting\nFacilitate clear and consistent communication with students, faculty, and departments such as Admissions, Career Services, and Student Services.\nAssist in preparing documentation for academic boards, faculty meetings, evaluations, and quality assurance.\nCollect and organize student and faculty feedback, supporting follow-up actions and continuous program improvement.\nStudent Experience and Events\nCollaborate on initiatives designed to enhance the student journey, sense of community, and engagement with the school and the real estate industry.\nSupport the planning and execution of welcome sessions, graduations, guest lectures, panel discussions, project presentations, networking activities, and other academic events.\nAssist with the coordination of activities involving real estate developers, investors, consultants, and other industry professionals.\n\nQualifications\nTo thrive in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree.\nFluency in English and Spanish, both spoken and written.\nTwo to five years of professional experience in academic coordination, program support, event coordination, or a related administrative role.\nStrong organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills.\nExcellent attention to detail\nUnleash your full potential and make an impact.
