We are currently looking for the right person to join our Embedded Data Processing and Algorithms department.\n\n Embedded Software Development Engineer\n Bissen / Luxembourg\n\n Your responsibilities would include:\n\nDevelopment of real time software for electronics systems including algorithm/pre-processing concepts and solutions according to agreed timeline, respecting required quality levels\nModelling and simulating algorithm behavior\nSupporting component level software requirements analysis\nElaborating appropriate software architectures\nDesigning software on component level\nCoding and testing of software components\nParticipating in review of software requirements and software architecture\nOrganizing and participating in reviews of software design, code and tests\nHandling configuration management, problem resolution for allocated components, quality audits\nSupporting software process improvements and innovation\nSupporting software coordinators and team leader to plan and execute software projects\n\nYou would need to meet the following requirements:\n\nMaster's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, or equivalent\nMinimum 5 years' experience in the embedded software development domain\nWorking experience with:C/C++ (Python is considered an asset)\nMATLAB/Simulink, Model Driven Development\nObject Oriented Analysis and Design (UML)\n\nKnowledge ofSoftware architecture\nMicro-controller hardware and peripherals\nRequirement managing tools (e.g. IBM Doors, Polarion)\nAutomotive processes and quality standards (SPICE, ASIL, HIS, MISRA)\nFunctional safety standards like ISO 26262\nCyber security standards like ISO/SAE 21434\n\nWorking with Radar or capacitive technologies is considered an asset\nExcellent communication, analytical and team working skills\nFluency in English (spoken and written) is mandatory, German or French is considered an asset\n\nWhy would you want to work with us?\n\nAt IEE we're dynamic, motivated, and solution-oriented.
