In this role, you will lead the on-site IT team, own IT strategy and execution for the San Antonio location, and ensure the delivery of reliable, secure, and scalable technology services that advance business objectives.\nThis position requires deep technical expertise, strong people leadership, and business acumen to drive site-level IT operations while contributing to global IT strategy. The IT Manager will act as a key advisor to San Antonio business leaders and an active voice within the broader IT leadership team.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead, develop, and mentor IT Support Leads and individual contributors at the San Antonio facility, fostering a high-performance culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.\nOversee all site IT operations, including local infrastructure, end-user support, systems administration, and security.\nServe as the senior escalation point for complex technical issues and critical incidents at the San Antonio site, ensuring swift resolution and root cause analysis to prevent recurrence.\nDevelop and manage the site IT budget, ensuring cost-effective resource allocation and vendor management.\nBuild trusted partnerships with senior business leaders at the San Antonio facility to align technology investments with strategic priorities and drive measurable business outcomes.\nEnsure compliance with corporate IT policies, security standards, and regulatory requirements at the San Antonio site.\nDrive site IT projects from planning through implementation, coordinating with global IT teams as needed.\nEstablish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure service delivery, team performance, and operational efficiency.\nManage relationships with local vendors, service providers, and contractors.\nOversee hardware and software lifecycle management, including procurement, deployment, and retirement.\nPlay a leading role in shaping IT strategies, policies, and standards for the San Antonio site, while representing site needs and perspectives within the broader global IT organization.\nOwn and continuously improve business continuity and disaster recovery plans for the San Antonio site, ensuring they are regularly tested, updated, and aligned with enterprise risk standards.\nRequired Skills and Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).\n10+ years of progressive experience in IT, including 5+ years in a senior leadership or people management role.\nProven experience managing IT teams, ideally in a manufacturing or plant environment.\nStrong technical background in enterprise infrastructure, networking, cloud services, and security.\nExperience with IT service management frameworks (ITIL) and ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira Service Management).\nDemonstrated ability to manage budgets, vendors, and contracts.\nExcellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.\nExperience with compliance and regulatory requirements relevant to U.S. operations.\nPreferred Qualifications\nITIL, PMP, or other relevant certifications.\nExperience in a multi-national or distributed organization.\nExperience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is a plus.\nJob Location\nThis position is on-site at our new San Antonio, Texas, manufacturing facility.
