The Associate will work closely with the rest of the team to manage important elements of the client relationship. Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to: \nSupport the Partners and their team by providing operational functions such as: Money movement (i.e. wire and journals) \nAccount creation and maintenance \nAd hoc project management \nPortfolio performance updates \nDatabase management \n\nCommunicate with clients regarding transactions, such as asset transfers and account opening procedures \nParticipate in educational sessions with the senior team members to expand the Associate’s knowledge of the markets and our business\nEnsure adherence to the firm’s compliance standards, operational policies, and procedures, while upholding strict client privacy and confidentiality in all matters.\n“Upward mobility” are not just words on a page; the IEQ team has a track record of growth within the firm. Many individuals on our team began their career in the Associate role, and with hard work and dedication they have become some of the most senior individuals at the firm.
