This role operates at the intersection of business, product, operations, and engineering.\nThe Platform Product Manager acts as the product owner and execution lead for their domain, owning the roadmap and backlog, translating business needs into well-defined work, driving delivery, and ensuring adoption across CRM systems, data integrations, and internal tools. \nWe are looking for someone who combines strong project management discipline with systems thinking, product ownership, and the ability to push work forward across teams. \nWhat You'll Do:\nOwn Platform Initiatives End-to-End \nEvaluate new ideas and requests from business stakeholders \nClarify problems before jumping to solutions \nDefine requirements with clear and measurable business outcomes \nTranslate needs into executable user stories with acceptance criteria \nManage initiatives from discovery through release and adoption \nDrive post-launch feedback and iteration \nOwn Domain Roadmap & Backlog \nMaintain a clear domain roadmap and clean, prioritized backlog, aligning priorities with the Head of Platform \nBalance quick wins with long-term structural improvements \nRun backlog grooming with developers \nEnsure user stories are properly scoped for delivery and updated regularly \nTrack delivery progress and unblock issues quickly \nPartner with Developers & Admins \nTranslate business requirements into technical-ready work \nAlign on scope before delivery commitments \nHold developers accountable to delivery hygiene \nManage trade-offs between speed and sustainability \nThink structurally and understand system constraints. \nDrive Cross-Functional Coordination \nAlign and coordinate stakeholders across all departments \nManage competing priorities transparently \nRun project working sessions \nIdentify downstream impacts across systems \nEnsure handoffs between teams are documented and repeatable \nAdoption, Training & Continuous Improvement \nCreate documentation and process maps \nRun training sessions when new functionality launches \nGather structured user feedback \nIdentify workflow breakdowns or adoption gaps \nPropose iterative improvements \nQualifications\nRequired \n4+ years of experience in Product Management, or in financial services or wealth management with demonstrated ownership of business systems, workflows, or technology initiatives \nExperience working with CRM systems \nStrong ability to translate business needs into clear business and system requirements \nProven track record of driving initiatives across multiple stakeholders \nStrong executive communication skills \nPreferred \nFamiliarity with APIs, integrations, and data flows \nExperience acting as a product owner \nExposure to workflow automation tools or low-code platforms \nExperience operating in software delivery environments \nTraits We Value \nStructured thinker who brings clarity to ambiguity \nNaturally proactive \nComfortable pushing for accountability \nSystems-oriented (thinks upstream and downstream) \nComfortable with executive stakeholders \nLow ego, high ownership \nStrong written communicator \nBias toward simplification \nLeads with curiosity \nAlways learning \nNo task is too small mindset \nCompensation\nThe total compensation range for this role, inclusive of base salary and bonus, is $110,000 -
