You will be part of a cross-functional Scrum team where collaboration, technical excellence, and continuous improvement are valued as much as successful delivery.\nAbout the role\nAs a Lead Developer, you will combine hands-on software development with technical leadership and solution ownership. You will act as the primary technical contact for the team, supporting technical analysis, guiding implementation decisions, and helping ensure solutions are maintainable, reliable, and aligned with business needs.\nYou will contribute throughout the full software lifecycle, from analysis and solution design to development, testing, deployments, and production support. You will help drive technical objectives and architectural decisions, support story refinement, identify dependencies and risks, and promote engineering best practices within the team.\nThe team's solutions include modern React and Next.js applications, .NET/C# backend services, and Azure-hosted platforms. At the same time, a significant part of the responsibility is maintaining and evolving established ASP.NET Framework and Razor Pages applications that continue to support critical customer and business processes.\nThe role also includes ownership of development and delivery environments, monitoring production and test environments, troubleshooting issues, and identifying opportunities for technical and process improvements.\nUsing Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and modern cloud technologies, you will contribute to digital services used by more than 4 million customers across the Nordic region.\nWho are you?\nYou are an experienced software developer who enjoys combining hands-on development with technical leadership responsibilities\nYou have strong experience with .NET/C# and modern web technologies such as React, Next.js, and TypeScript\nYou are comfortable working with both modern cloud-based solutions and established production systems, including ASP.NET Framework and Razor Pages\nYou have strong experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, and software delivery practices, and are motivated to continuously improve how solutions are built, tested, and deployed\nYou have experience working in agile teams and contributing to technical analysis, refinement, estimation, and delivery\nYou are comfortable working in English; knowledge of any Nordic language is considered an advantage\nBeyond your technical expertise, you understand how technical solutions support business processes and customer outcomes.
