You will also be part of a chapter and our wider developer community, giving you opportunities to exchange knowledge, shape learning topics, collaborate with peers, and grow your expertise with support from your Chapter Lead.\nAlthough the team works across several locations, there are regular opportunities to meet colleagues in person and connect with the wider tech community.\nRead more about our tech community.\nWhat are you going to do?\nDrive the adoption of Next.js and help colleagues build their knowledge and confidence in using it.\nShow how AI coding assistants and agentic workflows can improve development speed and quality.\nMentor colleagues, share good practices, and help shape the responsible use of AI across coding, testing, code reviews, and documentation.\nDesign and deliver web services that provide a smooth experience for customers across the Nordic countries.\nBuild web solutions and APIs on Azure-hosted services using technologies such as C#, .NET, ASP.NET MVC, Web APIs, JavaScript, React, Next.js, and Razor.\nUse GitHub Copilot and other AI tools as part of your development workflow.\nExplore opportunities to introduce AI-powered features that make our customer self-service solutions even more useful.\nContribute to test automation and continuous integration, including finding ways AI can strengthen these practices.\nWork closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and refine user stories.\nShare knowledge with your team, chapter, and wider developer community and contribute to continuous improvement in how we build software.\nWhat do we expect from you?\nSeveral years of experience in software development (mid or senior level).\nHands-on experience using AI coding assistants such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or Claude Code in daily development, and an interest in agentic development workflows.\nAn understanding of how to use AI-generated code responsibly, including reviewing, testing, and validating it.\nDeep knowledge of backend software development with C#/.NET.\nGood understanding of REST API development (.NET).\nFront-end development experience with React, Next.js, TypeScript/JavaScript.\nExperience with Azure, Git environments, pull requests, and code reviews.\nSolid understanding of HTML and CSS (tailwind).\nExperience with integration of third-party services via API.\nExperience building AI-powered features, for example integrating LLM APIs such as Azure OpenAI, or working with prompt design, RAG, or the Model Context Protocol (MCP).\nStrong communication skills to articulate complex concepts and logic to non-technical stakeholders and cross-functional teams.\nProblem-solving and adaptability, including critical thinking, resourceful solution design.\nStrong collaboration skills and comfort with practices such as code reviews and pair programming.\nShow ability to work effectively in an English-speaking environment, ensuring clear communication with international teams and stakeholders.\nExperience with SQL Server, Entity Framework, or NoSQL.\nRelevant bachelor's or master's degree, or equivalent work experience.\nOur promise to you\nMonthly salary: €3500 -
