The unit employs 200 people across the Nordics, overseeing product offering, pricing & analytics and portfolio steering.\nWith an ambitious growth agenda ahead, we want to build a unit where people develop a strong commercial mindset, act with confidence and initiative, and collaborate seamlessly across teams. By making professional growth part of how we work, we aim to create lasting business impact, high engagement and long-term job satisfaction.\nAs People Development Manager, you will play a key role in shaping how talent and capabilities are developed within Product & Price. Your initial focus will be on adapting and implementing If's people development framework to the needs of the unit, ensuring it supports both current priorities and future capability needs. Over time, you will also contribute to broader initiatives within learning, leadership development, talent management, and succession planning.\nKey responsibilities:\nRole structure: Establish a framework for main roles & responsibilities within the Product & Price unit, including job families, seniority levels, key competences, promotion criteria, and compensation strategy. \nPeople development: Develop a structured approach to performance evaluation and people development, building upon If’s central guidelines and processes. \nRecruitment & onboarding: Support leaders in recruitment and onboarding, ensuring a steep learning curve for new hires. \nTraining resources: Facilitate development of a modern and compelling platform for training and professional development. \nStrategic training: Identify skill gaps and design learning initiatives to help employees advance their careers and maximize business impact. \nLeadership coaching: Equip managers with the tools to effectively lead, motivate, and mentor their teams. \nTalent & succession planning: Support leaders in spotting and nurturing capable individuals and ensure critical roles are filled by internal talent. \nIn this role you will be reporting to Head of Business Development in Product & Price and be working closely with the Product & Price management teams as well as other key stakeholders across several domains.\nWe offer\nIn the same way that we place high demands on you as an employee, we also expect you to place high demands on us as an employer.
