About the role
As a Project Manager, you will play a key role in driving IT projects from idea to implementation. You will work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors to ensure progress, transparency, and successful delivery.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Planning and managing IT projects end-to-end
- Ensuring progress, structure, and follow-up on scope, timeline, and quality
- Collaborating with and managing a wide range of stakeholders
- Applying project management tools and methods - and continuously developing your toolkit
- Supporting risk management and preparing decision material for steering committees
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of our project model and ways of working

Who are you?
We are looking for someone early in their project management career - or aspiring to become a project manager - with strong motivation and the right mindset.
We imagine that you:
- Have a strong interest in IT projects and the link between business and technology
- Work in a structured way and appreciate planning and follow-up
- Thrive in collaboration with many different stakeholders
- Communicate clearly and build trust with those around you
- Bring energy, initiative, and a willingness to go the extra mile
Ideally, you also have:
- A relevant educational background (e.g. IT, business, or project management)
- Some familiarity with - or interest in - classical and/or agile project methods
- The courage to ask questions when needed and drive tasks when direction is clear
Experience is a plus, but not a requirement - motivation, learning ability, and potential are what matter most.
