The team values high code quality, efficient ways of working and development according to modern architectural patterns.\nYou will be part of one of four agile development teams in IT Industrial Risk Systems. Each team consists of software developers and quality assurance engineers working together as a cross-functional agile team, in close collaboration with product owners on the business side and architects. The team we are recruiting for is fully located in Riga.\nWhat are you going to do?\nDevelop and maintain back-end solutions using C#, Entity Framework, ASP.NET Core and Azure\nBuild and improve high-performing front-end solutions using React\nUse AI tools to complete development tasks more efficiently and support better productivity in the development process\nApply analytical and technical skills to solve advanced problems and improve daily work for users\nWrite clean, maintainable, high-quality code aligned with modern architectural patterns\nCollaborate with developers, quality assurance engineers, product owners and architects to deliver solutions in the right way\nWhat do we expect from you?\nMust have\nBe passionate about your work and committed to writing high-quality code\nStay self-motivated and take ownership of delivering the best possible outcome within the agreed timeframe and scope\nBe open to feedback and use it to continuously improve your work\nExcellent Latvian and English language skills are required for effective day-to-day communication with colleagues both locally and internationally\nHigh sense of responsibility and risk awareness\nTeam player spirit with a natural appetite for learning, challenging yourself and sharing knowledge\nExperience in estimating development effort\nExperience of business requirement analysis\nHigh technical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills\nAt least 5 years’ experience in .NET software development\nBasic understanding of Azure\nGood knowledge of the C# programming language and.NET Core / Entity Framework / MSSQL\nKnowledge of TypeScript programming language and React\nNice to have\nExperience in MUI React Component library \nAzure DevOps release pipeline setup/management skills \nAzure Certifications\nMicroservices Architecture knowledge\nOur promise to you\nMonthly salary: €4000 -
