Then you have come to the right place!\nWe are looking for a person to take a Nordic role as a Developer for ServiceNow implementation at If.\nAbout the team\nThe workflow platform team is a subdivision of the IT Operations unit within If IT and is responsible for the ServiceNow implementation at If. Our team is located in Stockholm, Copenhagen, Turku and Riga. We are a team with both developers and Solution Architects, supporting and giving value to our Business and IT.\nOur team works with process improvements, solution design, problem solving, development and transformation projects that range in scope and business areas. We will work together as a team to find the most effective way of working and by that continue to digitalize our business processes and increase usability.\nAbout the role\nYour responsibilities will include:\nCollaborating with remote teams and clients \nWork closely with IT and Business teams to develop and enhance ServiceNow capabilities & upgrade our platform 2 times per year \nUse your experience in areas like ITSM, CMDB, APP Engine, AI capabilities and Risk \nDevelop custom items, features, and workflows to satisfy business needs \nEvolve the usage and develop with Flow, UI Builder, Mobile App, ServiceNow Studio, AI Agents, AI Skills och Chat Assistants. \nDesign and develop queries, reports, forms and dashboards \nAdminister ServiceNow applications, including updating security and workflow configurations \nAssist importing data and creating custom scripts as well as Integrations \nWe offer\nWe believe in mutual commitment - just as we set high standards for ourselves, we support you in expecting the same from us. We promise to give you as much freedom as possible - including the accountability that comes with it.\nWho you are\nAs a person, we prefer that you:\nHold at least a bachelor degree in Business Management, Computer Science & IT or a related field \nHave minimum 2-3 years of experience working with ServiceNow configuration, development, design and architecture \nPossess a ServiceNow Foundation Certification \nAre a proven problem solver with experience of structuring & analyzing business needs and concluding recommendations on how these needs can be met, using ServiceNow Out-of-box functionality and/or scoped applications \nAre a charming and responsive social networker \nAre an inspiring person that is forward-thinking, a visionary and driven \nCan communicate and collaborate effectively (both vocally and visually) within both Business and IT colleagues \nWork independently as well as in a team \nHave broad technical knowledge with a 'curious-george' instinct wanting to continuously learn more \nAre dedicated to building an inspiring working environment \nFluency in English is required, and knowledge of a local language is considered an advantage, as internal communication primarily takes place in Nordic and Latvian languages \nAdditional facts and recruitment proces s\nLocations: The role will be located in Stockholm (Sweden) or Turku (Finland).
