Your responsibilities will include recruiting for both IT/tech and business roles, as well as contributing to employer branding initiatives. The team consists of 8 TA Partners in Bergshamra and Gothenburg, as well as 3 part-time coordinators. Your curiosity and collaborative approach help you find the best solutions together with HR colleagues, hiring leaders, and other stakeholders.\nYou also bring:\nA university degree in Human Resources\nMinimum 3+ years of experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes within IT/tech and business roles\nExperience with sourcing and headhunting\nExperience partnering with senior stakeholders and influence hiring decisions\nExperience driving employer branding initiatives and talent attraction strategies\nExperience coordinating or driving projects\nInterest in and experience with HR systems and recruitment technologies\nFluency in Swedish and English, both written and verbal\nExperience from a recruitment agency or search firm is an advantage\nAdditional facts and the recruitment process:\nApplication deadline: October 19th.
