Technical Support Assistant - Day and Night Shift

We are seeking a reliable and adaptable Technical Support Assistant to provide front-line IT support across day and night shifts. In this role, you will assist users with troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues, ensuring minimal disruption to daily operations. Responsibilities include responding to support tickets, guiding users through technical solutions, documenting issues, and escalating complex problems when necessary. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, communicates clearly, and remains calm under pressure. Flexibility to work rotating or overnight shifts is essential.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical assistance via phone, email, or chat
• Troubleshoot basic IT issues (systems, applications, connectivity)
• Log and track support requests in a ticketing system
• Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level support teams
• Maintain accurate documentation of solutions and processes

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (IT coursework or certification is a plus)
• Basic knowledge of computer systems and troubleshooting
• Strong communication and customer service skills
