Обязанности:
  • обеспечение выполнения бизнес-плана регионального офиса по ключевым показателям (кредитных, пассивных, транзакционных продуктов, инвестиционных продуктов, страховых продуктов и т.д.);
  • привлечение физических лиц на обслуживание;
  • развитие кросс-продаж и продвижение продуктов Банка (ЗПП проект, международные карты партнеров Банка);
  • взаимодействие с физическими лицами;
  • оказание содействия в сборе документов, выдаче и сопровождении кредитов ФЛ;
  • удержание вкладов, работа с оттоком;
  • участие в промоакциях, мероприятиях по продвижению Банка;
  • заполнение отчетов по Розничному Бизнесу;
  • взаимодействие с отделами и службами Банка по Розничному Бизнесу.
Требования:
  • образование высшее, среднее специальное;
  • уверенный пользователь ПК;
  • опыт работы в банковской сфере/кредитовании/страховании;
  • желателен опыт работы в Диасофт, Спарк, Outlook;
  • опыт в сфере продаж.
Условия:
  • соблюдение ТК РФ;
  • режим работы пн-пт с 09.30-18.30;
  • медицинская страховка;
  • программа лояльности для сотрудников.
