Обязанности:
  • Управление блоком сомнительных операций
  • Принятие решений в отношении проведения и квалификации операций (Ключевой блок полномочий)
  • Взаимодействие с подразделениями, консультирование сотрудников (экспертиза и согласование крупных, нестандартных или имеющих повышенный риск транзакций корпоративных клиентов на этапе, предшествующем их проведению)
  • Разрешение внутренних конфликтов
  • Текущий транзакционный мониторинг
  • Оценка уровня транзакционного риска
  • Работа со сценариями и правилами АБС
  • Проведение углубленной проверки деятельности клиентов
  • Расследования и формирование мотивированных суждений
  • Иные поручения руководителя
Требования:
  • Образование высшее
  • Уверенный пользователь ПК,
  • навыки работы Word, Excel, ПО Диасофт, СЭД Тезис
  • успешный опыт работы на линейных позициях в сфере выявления сомнительных операций
  • Знание действующего законодательства и нормативных актов Центрального Банка Российской Федерации, относящихся к вопросам по указанному направлению
  • Схемы и типологии легализации
  • Платформа ЦБ «Знай своего клиента» (ЗСК): Понимание принципов работы платформы ЗСК («Зеленая/Желтая/Красная» зоны), правил применения мер к клиентам из различных зон риска и порядка реабилитации клиентов.
  • Опыт транзакционного анализа
  • Навык составления четких, аргументированных и юридически обоснованных заключений по результатам анализа операций (на основе которых банк легитимно может отказать в платеже или заблокировать ДБО)
  • Опыт работы с автоматизированными антифрод- и AML-системами
  • Анализ финансовой отчетности
  • Навыки Принятие решений в условиях неопределенности
