Чем предстоит заниматься:
  • подготовка претензий, ответов на претензии;
  • подготовка процессуальных документов от имени Банка в суды общей юрисдикции и арбитражные суды;
  • представительство с целью защиты интересов Банка в судах общей юрисдикции, арбитражных и третейских судах, правоохранительных, административных и иных органах государственной власти и управления;
  • систематизированный учет и хранение документов, связанных с претензионно - исковой работой;
  • подготовка проектов соглашений/договоров об урегулировании спора/исполнении обязательств;
  • подготовка/согласование ответов на претензии потребителей финансовых услуг;
  • взаимодействие с уполномоченным по правам потребителей финансовых услуг в части дачи пояснений на обращения потребителей.
Что для нас важно:
  • высшее юридическое образование;
  • релевантный опыт работы в кредитных организациях от 3х лет;
  • опыт судебной работы в судах общей юрисдикции, арбитражных судах;
  • опыт ведения дел о банкротстве.
