This role helps ensure operations run smoothly and that all\nspaces meet Forest Home’s standards with the highest internal and external service in mind.\nESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:\nOperations & Facility ReadinessLeads daily cleaning operations for cabins, meeting spaces, and common areas \nCoordinate room turnovers, mid-week refreshes, and seasonal transitions \nEnsure all spaces meet Forest Home cleanliness and guest-ready standards \nMonitor inventory levels of linens, supplies, and cleaning materials \n\nCleaning & Maintenance SupportPerform and support routine cleaning, including floors, restrooms, and high-touch areas \nEnsure proper use and care of cleaning equipment, vacuums, and supplies \nIdentify and report maintenance or repair needs in a timely manner \nAssist with set up as needed to support facility readiness \n\nLeadership & Team CoordinationLead and support housekeeping staff in daily operations \nAssign, prioritize, and monitor cleaning tasks to ensure timely completion \nProvide training, guidance, and quality checks on completed work \nSupport high-demand turnover days and urgent operational needs \n\nCommunication, Safety & SupportReport cleaning progress, concerns, and facility needs through proper channels \nCommunicate clearly with supervisors and other departments regarding room status and priorities \nEnsure safe work practices and proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment \nMaintain organized workspaces, storage areas, and supply rooms \nProvide excellent customer service to guests and staff \nSupport staff spiritual life activities and perform other duties as assigned \n\nEDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:\nHigh school diploma or equivalent \n1-2+ year experience in housekeeping preferred. \nPrevious leadership or team lead experience preferred. \nQUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
