starts or stops chillers and boilers. \nTracks time, man-hours, refrigerant usage; orders parts; coordinates with outside suppliers. \nTroubleshoots and resolves problems in heating and air conditioning systems, locates problems and repairs or replaces defective parts. \nOther related duties as assigned. \n Associate’s degree in a relevant area \nTwo (2) years of appropriate experience. \nRelevant experience may substitute for education. \nMust have an EPA Universal certification. \nMust possess and maintain a valid driver’s license. \nWorking Conditions\nWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to handle, or feel. \nThe employee frequently is required to stand;
