This role leads service technicians to complete work efficiently, safely, and with excellent customer service.\nESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:\nOperations & Facility Readiness\nOversee meeting space setups, breakdowns, and changeovers \nCoordinate furniture moving, room resets, and seasonal transitions \nMaintain cleanliness standards, including carpet care and general upkeep \nMaintenance & Repairs\nPerform minor repairs and basic maintenance across cabins and facilities \nMaintain and repair vacuums, small equipment, and furniture \nTroubleshoot issues and complete work orders in a timely manner \nPerform pest control duties as assigned \nLeadership & Team Coordination\nLead and support service technicians in daily operations \nAssign, prioritize, and monitor work to ensure timely completion \nProvide training, guidance, and quality checks \nSupport high-demand or urgent operational needs \nCommunication, Safety & Support\nReport repairs and facility needs through CMMS or proper channels \nCommunicate clearly with supervisors and team members \nEnsure safe work practices and proper equipment use \nSafely operate company vehicles to transport team members, tools, and materials across camp \nModel and enforce safe driving practices at all times \nMaintain organized workspaces, tools, and inventory \nProvide excellent customer service to guests and staff \nSupport staff spiritual life activities and perform other duties as assigned \nEDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:\nHigh School Diploma or equivalent. \nExperience in pest control desirable. \n2+ years of maintenance, service technician, or related experience required \nPrevious leadership or team lead experience preferred \nQUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
