Your potential is our inspiration.\nWhere You’ll Make a Difference\nManage customer orders throughout the end-to-end Order-to-Cash process, ensuring accurate and timely order fulfillment \nProcess domestic, export, and consignment orders, including order entry, order confirmation, invoicing, and order follow-up through delivery\nCoordinate customer complaints, service cases, and order-related issues while driving timely resolution \nRespond to customer inquiries in a professional, accurate, and timely manner\nProcess credit notes and debit notes related to sales orders and customer claims \nBuild strong partnerships with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure service excellence\nCollaborate with Planning, Sales, Logistics, Export, Billing, and Supply Chain teams to ensure successful order execution \nSupport process optimization initiatives and contribute to continuous improvement within the Order-to-Cash process \nSupport internal and external audits while maintaining accurate documentation and compliance with company procedures \nWhat Makes You the Right Fit\nBachelor’s degree in any discipline \n2-3 years of experience in Customer Service, Supply Chain Customer Service, Order Management, or related business-to-business environments \nKnowledge of domestic and international trade processes \nExperience managing customer orders and customer-facing activities within a business environment\nStrong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint \nExperience working with SAP and customer order management systems\nFluent business English communication skills, both written and verbal \nStrong communication and relationship-building skills across multiple organizational levels \nHighly collaborative mindset, cross-cultural awareness, and ability to perform in dynamic environments\nHow Would You Stand Out?\nExperience supporting multinational customers or regional customer portfolios\nKnowledge of Incoterms, payment terms, and international supply chain processes\nExperience contributing to process improvement and operational excellence initiatives within Customer Service or Supply Chain environments\nWhy Choose Us?\nHybrid work model that supports collaboration and flexibility\nOpportunity to work with regional and international customers\nExposure to end-to-end Order-to-Cash and Supply Chain processes\nCollaborative environment with strong cross-functional interaction\nProfessional development and learning opportunities within a global organization\nOpportunity to build your career within a leading company in the food ingredients industry\nWe are a global leader in taste, scent, and nutrition, offering our customers a broader range of natural solutions and accelerating our growth strategy.
