The team partners across regions, functions, and business units to improve planning outcomes, strengthen forecasting capabilities, and support business growth through fact-based decision-making.\nWhere You'll Make a Difference\nMonitor and analyze demand planning performance indicators, including Forecast Accuracy, Forecast Bias, Forecast Value Add, and other planning metrics.\nDevelop, maintain, and enhance dashboards, scorecards, reports, and performance monitoring solutions that support business reviews and decision-making.\nPerform root cause analysis on forecast deviations, planning gaps, and operational performance issues to identify improvement opportunities.\nAnalyze demand patterns, customer trends, product performance, and key business drivers to generate actionable insights.\nConsolidate and validate data from multiple sources while ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of planning information.\nSupport monthly Demand Review and business review processes through data-driven recommendations and performance reporting.\nPartner with planners, commercial teams, finance, supply planning, and technology stakeholders on reporting, analytics, and planning initiatives.\nContribute to planning transformations, new capability deployments, process improvements, testing activities, and business adoption efforts.\nDocument reporting methodologies, key performance indicator definitions, governance standards, and analytical processes.\nWhat Makes You the Right Fit\nBachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related analytical discipline.\nExperience in Demand Planning, Supply Chain, Business Analytics, Reporting, Business Intelligence, or a related field.\nStrong experience working with large datasets, reporting solutions, and performance measurement frameworks.\nAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.\nExperience using Power BI or similar business intelligence and data visualization tools.\nKnowledge of data analysis, dashboard development, reporting automation, and performance management.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.\nExcellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex insights for diverse stakeholders.\nFluent written and verbal English communication skills.\nHow Would You Stand Out\nExperience with SAP Integrated Business Planning (SAP IBP) Demand Planning.\nKnowledge of Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP), Integrated Business Planning (IBP), and Demand Review processes.\nExperience with SQL and advanced data querying techniques.\nFamiliarity with forecasting performance metrics, including Forecast Accuracy, Forecast Bias, and Forecast Value Add.\nExperience within global, matrixed organizations supporting cross-functional stakeholders.\nExperience supporting OTC Scent & Taste and/or PWB business processes.\nKnowledge of MyBIS reporting environments, analytics solutions, and planning data structures.\nWhy Choose Us\nAt IFF, your work helps transform complex data into meaningful business outcomes.
