Your potential is our inspiration. \nWhere You'll Make a Difference\nDefine and execute the global endpoint management strategy and roadmap supporting approximately 6,000 employees. \nEstablish standards, policies, and lifecycle management practices for endpoint technologies. \nLead Windows 11, Microsoft Intune, Endpoint Manager, Autopilot, and Entra ID environments. \nDrive automation and operational efficiency through PowerShell and modern management practices. \nOwn the strategy and effectiveness of the Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) platform. \nPartner with security, infrastructure, service management, and regional IT teams. \nOversee vendor relationships, service level agreements (SLAs), and key performance indicators (KPIs). \nLead endpoint modernization, refresh programs, and business transformation activities. \nGovern enterprise mobile device management and print services globally. \nWhat Makes You the Right Fit\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field. \n8+ years of experience managing enterprise endpoint technologies. \nDeep expertise in Windows endpoint engineering and device management. \nAdvanced knowledge of Intune, Endpoint Manager, Autopilot, Entra ID, and Microsoft 365. \nExperience supporting Citrix Virtual Desktop Infrastructure environments. \nStrong understanding of endpoint security, compliance, and Zero Trust principles. \nExperience managing iOS and Android mobile device platforms. \nDemonstrated success managing vendors and outsourced providers. \nStrong communication, stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills. \nHow Would You Stand Out?\nExperience with Windows 365 and Azure Virtual Desktop. \nKnowledge of ITIL service management practices and enterprise print solutions. \nExperience leading large-scale workplace transformation initiatives. \nWhy Choose Us?\n Competitive Benefits (US): Competitive compensation, annual incentive opportunities, and comprehensive health and wellness programs.
