Your potential is our inspiration.\nWhere You'll Make a Difference\nPerform fragrance extraction from consumer products using a variety of analytical techniques. \nConduct Gas Chromatography/Mass Spectrometry (GC/MS) analysis for fragrance profiling and ingredient characterization. \nReconstruct fragrance compositions through analytical interpretation using essential oils, aroma chemicals, synthetic materials, and specialty bases. \nPlan, execute, and interpret complex analytical studies supporting fragrance development projects. \nGenerate structured analytical datasets that support insights and market understanding. \nProvide analytical support for artificial intelligence-driven fragrance design initiatives. \nContribute to intellectual property development and innovation programs. \nPresent analytical findings and recommendations to cross-functional stakeholders. \nBuild partnerships with Perfumers, Marketing, Consumer Insights, and technical teams. \nWhat Makes You the Right Fit\nBachelor's degree or Master's degree in Analytical Chemistry or related scientific discipline.\nMinimum 5-7 years of analytical chemistry experience in fragrance, consumer goods, biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or related industries.\nProven ability to design scientific experiments and solve complex analytical challenges. \nHands-on experience operating and troubleshooting GC/MS instrumentation.\n Strong knowledge of fragrance composition, essential oils, aroma chemicals, and specialty bases.\nExperience with Gas Chromatography-Olfactometry (GC-O) and Gerstel systems. \nAdvanced data analysis and data management skills. \nExcellent written and verbal communication skills. \nAbility to work independently and manage multiple priorities. \nHow Would You Stand Out?\nAdvanced expertise in analytical chemistry within the fragrance industry. \nExperience supporting fragrance performance or sensory science programs. \nKnowledge of competitor technologies, patent landscapes, and emerging fragrance innovations. \nWhy Choose Us?\n Competitive Benefits (US): Our benefit package includes medical, dental, vision, 401(k), vacation, holidays, 16 weeks paid parental leave (maternity and paternity), and an annual bonus plan.
