This individual will be a key business partner in this pivotal role between the two parties. The successful candidate will ensure compliance, maintain strong working relationships, and manage the contractual obligations of both parties to ensure the successful execution of these contractual arrangements.\nThis role can be based either in Brugge, Belgium/ Leiden, Netherlands/ Niebüll, Germany/ Dangé-Saint-Romain, France/ Lyngby, Denmark OR Hanko, Naantali, Finland in a hybrid working arrangement.\nWhere You’ll Make a Difference\nAct as the primary point of contact for all matters related to the supply agreements and the operating service contracts.\nAdminister and monitor contractual obligations, ensuring compliance with established terms, service levels, supply requirements, and operational requirements.\nMaintain a repository of contract documents, correspondence, and amendments to ensure easy access and accuracy.\nEnsure compliance with applicable legal, regulatory, and contractual requirements, while identifying and mitigating potential risks in partnership with Legal, Procurement, and relevant stakeholders.\nBuild strong cross-functional relationships across organizations, facilitating communication, resolving issues, and ensuring questions are routed to the appropriate stakeholders.\nMonitor and analyze contract performance metrics, including quality, delivery, volume, service levels, and financial performance, and provide regular reporting with actionable insights.\nFacilitate contract amendments, revisions, and renegotiations as business needs evolve, ensuring all updates are properly documented and communicated.\nProvide guidance and training to internal stakeholders on contract requirements, compliance expectations, and best practices to facilitate effective contract execution and governance.\nWhat Makes You the Right Fit\nBachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, manufacturing, supply chain, a technical discipline, or a related field. \nProven experience in procurement, contract manufacturing, supply chain, manufacturing operations, contract administration, or a comparable role. \nStrong working knowledge of contract administration, negotiation principles, compliance requirements, and risk management practices. \nAbility to interpret complex contractual language and explain requirements clearly and concisely to stakeholders across functions and organizational levels. \nDemonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, detailed records, notice periods, deliverables, and related requirements with a high level of accuracy.\nExcellent written, verbal, relationship-building, and presentation skills, including the ability to communicate credibly with senior stakeholders and external counterparts.\nStrong business-partnering, negotiation, problem-solving, and issue-resolution skills, with the ability to influence outcomes while fostering alignment across stakeholders.\nAbility to work effectively across functions, sites, regions, and legal entities while maintaining productive relationships between organizations. \nWillingness to travel as required during the initial stages of the role to engage with key stakeholders and gain familiarity with sites within scope.\nHow Would You Stand Out?\nExperience managing supply agreements or third-party manufacturing relationships in a divestiture, transition, or corporate restructuring environment. \nFamiliarity with legacy International Flavors & Fragrances (IFF) Food Ingredients and H&B businesses, products, sites, and manufacturing assets. \nExperience working in manufacturing and using contract management software or related digital tools. \nWhy Choose Us?\nPlay a pivotal role in the successful operation of strategically important supply and manufacturing agreements. \nGain broad exposure across H&B leadership, manufacturing sites, business teams, and external partners in Europe. \nInfluence product supply, service delivery, risk management, and financial planning across a complex business environment. \nWork on high-impact, cross-functional topics that combine commercial, operational, legal, and supply chain considerations. \nBuild effective relationships with senior stakeholders and key partners across multiple functions and organizations.\nHelp shape consistent contract-management practices and strengthen how contractual obligations are understood and executed. \nPlease submit your application in English.\nWe are a global leader in taste, scent, and nutrition, offering our customers a broader range of natural solutions and accelerating our growth strategy.
