Your potential is our inspiration.\nWhere You'll Make a Difference\nSupport customs operations for the United States and Canada. \nCoordinate import clearance activities and customs broker inquiries. \nFamiliarity with customs regulations, country of origin, free trade agreements, and customs documentation requirements. \nReview customs entries and support post-entry activities. \nAssist with duty drawback and duty recovery programs. \nMonitor customs holds, examinations, and government agency requests. \nSupport trade compliance, sanctions screening, and export control processes. \nSupport SAP, SAP GTS and related trade compliance systems; prepare compliance reporting including ACE and CARM reporting. \nSupport audits, procedures, training, and continuous improvement initiatives. \nAssist with Free Trade Agreement qualification support and record retention requirements. \nCoordinate collection and maintenance of trade compliance documentation from internal and external stakeholders. \nSupport trade controls operations, including denied party screening, sanctions screening, and export control process execution, as part of the role’s scope from the beginning, with training and guidance provided by regional or global trade compliance leadership. \nSupport global trade controls activities beyond North America where needed, including process execution, documentation, follow-up, and coordination with internal stakeholders. \nMaintain audit-ready files and compliance records in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements. \nWhat Makes You the Right Fit\n1-3 years of experience in trade compliance, customs operations, logistics, supply chain, import/export operations, or a related field. \nBachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, International Business, Finance, Economics, or related fields. \nAbility to manage multiple priorities and work autonomously. \nStrong written and verbal communication skills. \nExperience supporting customs compliance activities. \nAbility to maintain accurate compliance records. \nHow Would You Stand Out?\nExperience with SAP GTS, SAP ERP, ACE, CARM, or similar systems. \nFamiliarity with Free Trade Agreements, export controls, and sanctions screening. \nExperience working with customs brokers and global stakeholders. \nPrior experience with export controls, sanctions screening, or denied party screening is preferred but not required; training and guidance will be provided as part of role development. \nWhy Choose Us?\nCompetitive Benefits (US): Competitive compensation, annual incentive opportunities, and comprehensive health and wellness programs. The sale is currently expected to close in the first half of 2027, pending regulatory approvals and other customary closing conditions.
