Your potential is our inspiration.\nWhere You'll Make a Difference\nSupport the collection, processing, and analysis of sustainability data related to the Taste portfolio.\n\nContribute to the preparation of sustainability documentation, presentations, and materials for both internal stakeholders and customers.\n\nSupport commercial teams and cross-functional stakeholders in responding to customer sustainability requests.\n\nMaintain and update sustainability-related documentation, ensuring information remains accurate, complete, and consistent.\n\nAssist with sustainability reporting activities, continuous improvement initiatives, and project tracking.\n\nDevelop training and enablement materials to increase sustainability knowledge across commercial teams.\n\nPerform qualitative and quantitative analyses related to environmental impacts, ingredients, certifications, key performance indicators, and sustainability processes.\n\nConduct research on sustainability regulations, market trends, customer expectations, and industry best practices.\n\nParticipate in cross-functional meetings and collaborate with stakeholders from Sustainability, Commercial, Regulatory, and Product Development teams.\n\nWhat Makes You the Right Fit\nCurrently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Food Science, Business Sustainability, ESG, or a related field.\n\nStrong interest in sustainability topics within the food, ingredients, or consumer goods industry.\n\nExcellent analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, and interpret data.\n\nProficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.\n\nStrong written and verbal communication skills in English.\n\nAbility to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail and high-quality work.\n\nComfortable working collaboratively with international and cross-functional teams.\n\nStrong organizational and documentation management skills.\n\nEligible to complete a full-time internship for a period of 6 to 12 months.\n\nHow Would You Stand Out?\nFamiliarity with ESG frameworks, sustainability reporting, lifecycle assessment, or environmental metrics.\n\nExperience with data visualization or sustainability-related analysis tools.\n\nCuriosity, a proactive mindset, and a passion for driving positive environmental impact.\n\nWhy Choose Us?\nGain valuable hands-on experience within a global sustainability team.\n\nWork on meaningful projects that contribute to IFF's sustainability ambitions.\n\nFlexible hybrid working model with opportunities to collaborate internationally.\n\nExposure to commercial, sustainability, and technical functions across the business.\n\nContinuous learning and professional development opportunities.\n\nInclusive, diverse, and supportive work environment focused on growth and innovation.\n\nWe are a global leader in taste, scent, and nutrition, offering our customers a broader range of natural solutions and accelerating our growth strategy.
