It is our expectation that each employee will offer his/her services wherever and whenever necessary to ensure the success of our endeavors.\nWHERE YOU’LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE\nSHIFT* Monday - Friday, 2pm - 1030pm\n*may exceed 40 hours per week for business needs\nPerform complex automatic machine operation functions in multiple work locations to support production goals and quality, cGMP standards. Work closely with supervisors, maintenance, engineering, and production crew to optimize packaging efficiency, troubleshoot equipment, and facilitate training of new staff. Specific tasks are defined by work instructions for each operation in the job rotation. Nothing in this job description restricts management's right to assign or reassign duties and responsibilities to this job at any time.\nNothing in this job description restricts management's right to assign or reassign duties and responsibilities to this job at any time.\nIt is essential for all employees to adhere to Company policies.\nProvide peer-level technical guidance to Packaging Operators to ensure consistent operation and adherence to procedures.\nAct as a subject-matter resource for troubleshooting equipment and resolving routine process issues.\nServe as a go-to senior operator for questions related to equipment setup, documentation, accuracy, and cGMP expectations.\nProvide mentorship to new or less-experienced team members to help build skill and confidence.\nOperate advanced automated packaging equipment across multiple workstations, following detailed work instructions.\nTroubleshoot mechanical and process issues to maintain efficiency and minimize downtime.\nMaintain cGMP compliance through accurate documentation, inspections, and annual re-qualification.\nEnsure workplace safety by identifying hazards, maintaining cleanliness, and following PPE requirements.\nClean and break down equipment including machines, tools, and surrounding areas.\nRecognize and respond to out-of-control events by stopping operations and resuming only after resolution.\nTrain new operators and participate in task forces focused on process improvement.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, maintenance, and production leadership.\nPerform other duties assigned.\nWHAT MAKES YOU THE RIGHT FIT\nAbility to read, write, and communicate in English, use basic shop math skills, algebra and basic computer skills\nExperience with FDA/cGMP compliance is preferred\nA legal right to work in the United States\nMust pass drug screen and a background check in accordance with IFF standards\nHOW YOU STAND OUT\nClear focus on High Quality Production\nAbility to work well with both independently and within a close-knit team environment\nGood communication, interpersonal and customer service skills\nPositive Demeanor.\nDependable, exemplifying this through attendance and job duties.\nConstantly seeking better processes and challenging status quo: Continuous Improvement\nWe are a global leader in taste, scent, and nutrition, offering our customers a broader range of natural solutions and accelerating our growth strategy.
