Acts as the primary payroll subject matter expert while partnering with employees, HR, Finance, payroll vendors, and regional payroll leadership to ensure payroll continuity, compliance, operational excellence, and continuous improvement. The role will be reporting to the Regional Payroll Manager EMEA.\nFor your awareness, IFF has announced its intention to sell its Food Ingredients Business to CVC Capital Partners. The sale is presently expected to close in the first half of 2027, pending regulatory approvals and other closing conditions. The Food Ingredient business unit will remain a part of IFF until close and, at such time, it will transition to CVC Capital Partners. In applying for this position, you acknowledge your awareness that the position is a part of the Food Ingredient business unit and has been identified to transition to CVC Capital Partners.\nWhere You’ll Make a Difference\nManage payroll administration and day-to-day payroll operations for a certain cluster of countries in the EMEA region.\nCoordinate payroll inputs, processing activities, validations, and payroll outputs with payroll vendors and internal stakeholders.\nValidate payroll data, statutory calculations, social contributions, payroll reporting, and country-specific outputs.\nPartner closely with HR, Finance, Legal, Total Rewards, Shared Services, and regional payroll leadership to support payroll-related activity.\nFirst 12-Month Objectives\nSuccessfully support payroll continuity and Day 1 readiness for during the transition to a standalone organization.\nEstablish strong operating relationships with payroll vendors, HR, Finance, Legal, Total Rewards, and regional payroll leadership.\nSupport payroll stabilization and process improvement initiatives across the EMEA payroll organization.\nWhat Makes You the Right Fit\nDemonstrated payroll experience supporting payroll operations. Key countries for this position includes France, Spain and the UK.\nExperience supporting payroll operations within unionized, labor-intensive, or employee representative environments.\nExperience working with collective bargaining agreements, labor unions, Works Councils, employee representative bodies, or similar workforce governance structures.\nExperience partnering with outsourced payroll providers or payroll vendors.\nStrong payroll controls, compliance, issue resolution, and problem-solving capability.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.\nStrong business English.
