We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Production Supervisor to join our Operations team in Cairo and help drive safe, efficient, and high-quality manufacturing performance.\nYou will join a dynamic, collaborative, supportive, and highly engaged team where continuous improvement, operational excellence, and employee development are at the heart of everything we do.\nWhere You'll Make a Difference?\nAs a Production Supervisor, you will provide operational leadership during assigned shifts, ensuring the achievement of production targets while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and compliance.\nSafety, Health & Environment (EHS)\nMaintain a safe, clean, and compliant work environment by ensuring adherence to all EHS policies, procedures, and standards.\n\nSupervise and enforce safety requirements across all production areas.\n\nPromote a strong safety culture through coaching, monitoring, and corrective actions.\n\nDrive employee awareness and engagement in workplace safety initiatives.\n\nQuality & Compliance\nPartner closely with the Quality team to ensure products meet all specifications and quality standards.\n\nEnsure compliance with GMP requirements, food safety standards, internal procedures, and regulatory requirements.\n\nLead investigations related to production deviations and non-conformances.\n\nSupport and implement Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).\n\nMaintain accurate and complete production documentation and records.\n\nProduction Management\nLead, coach, and motivate production teams to achieve daily production objectives.\n\nOrganize workforce activities and allocate resources efficiently to maximize productivity.\n\nAssign responsibilities according to employee competencies and operational needs.\n\nMonitor production processes and ensure adherence to approved procedures and production schedules.\n\nCoordinate shift activities to ensure uninterrupted manufacturing operations.\n\nEquipment & Resource Management\nEnsure production equipment, devices, and tools are properly maintained and available for operation.\n\nCoordinate with Maintenance and other support functions to minimize downtime and improve equipment reliability.\n\nSupport efficient utilization of materials, resources, and manpower.\n\nReporting & Communication\nPrepare and submit daily shift reports covering production performance, quality metrics, safety observations, downtime, and operational challenges.\n\nCommunicate effectively with Warehouse, Quality, Maintenance, and other stakeholders.\n\nEscalate operational risks, resource constraints, and performance concerns to the Production Manager when required.\n\nContinuous Improvement\nIdentify opportunities to improve safety, quality, efficiency, productivity, and cost performance.\n\nLead and support continuous improvement initiatives across production operations.\n\nEncourage employee participation and engagement in improvement activities.\n\nContribute to operational excellence and manufacturing best practices.\n\nWhat Makes You the Right Fit?\nBachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Food Science, Science, or a related discipline.\n\n3 to 5 years of experience in a similar manufacturing leadership position.\n\nPrevious experience supervising production teams in a manufacturing environment.\n\nStrong knowledge of GMP, quality systems, food safety requirements, and production operations.\n\nWorking knowledge of SAP systems.\n\nVery good proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.\n\nVery good command of English, both written and verbal.\n\nHow Would You Stand Out?\nExperience within the Food, Beverage, Ingredients, Pharmaceutical, or related industries.\n\nProven success in leading continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives.\n\nStrong knowledge of CAPA processes and root cause analysis methodologies.\n\nAbility to build high-performing teams and develop employees.\n\nDemonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.\n\nWhy Choose Us?\nAt IFF, we believe that your uniqueness unleashes our potential.
