Your potential is our inspiration.\nWhere You’ll Make a Difference\nLead and manage cybersecurity engineering services across IAM, PAM, IGA, vulnerability management, cloud security, infrastructure security, OT security, firewall security, operating system security, and data and AI security. \nDefine and execute the cybersecurity architecture roadmap, technical standards, and secure-by-design principles. \nOversee managed security service providers, including SLAs, KPIs, and vendor governance. \nDrive IAM, PAM, and IGA solutions supporting identity lifecycle management and least-privilege access. \nEstablish enterprise vulnerability management processes and remediation tracking. \nDevelop security architectures for cloud, infrastructure, data, AI, and OT environments. \nLead the enterprise Security Review Process for projects, applications, vendors, and technology changes. \nPartner with stakeholders to align security architecture with business objectives. \nCommunicate cybersecurity program status, initiatives, and risks to senior leadership. \nWhat Makes You the Right Fit\nBachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience. \n8+ years of cybersecurity engineering, security architecture, or related experience. \n3+ years of leadership experience managing security teams or providers. \nExpertise across multiple security domains including IAM, PAM, IGA, cloud, infrastructure, network, data, or OT security. \nExperience with NIST, CIS, ISO 27001, or similar frameworks. \nExperience leading security architecture reviews or risk assessments. \nStrong understanding of IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS security principles. \nProven vendor management experience. \nStrong communication and stakeholder management skills. \nHow Would You Stand Out?\nProfessional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CCSK, or CCSP. \nExperience with SailPoint, CyberArk, Okta, Saviynt, Ping Identity, or similar platforms. \nFamiliarity with IEC 62443 and AI security governance practices. \nWhy Choose Us?\nHybrid work environment supporting work-life balance. \nOpportunity to influence enterprise-wide cybersecurity strategy. \nExposure to innovative cloud, AI, and identity technologies. \nCollaborative and inclusive culture. \nProfessional development and certification opportunities. \nCompetitive compensation and comprehensive benefits package. \nFor your awareness, IFF has announced its intention to sell its Food Ingredients Business to CVC Capital Partners.
