Your potential is our inspiration.\nWhere You'll Make a Difference\nSupport month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities in accordance with U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (US GAAP).\nPrepare and submit US GAAP financial reporting in line with corporate requirements and deadlines.\nCoordinate annual audit activities with external auditors and support statutory reporting requirements.\nPrepare reconciliations between US GAAP and local Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (Local GAAP).\nManage local tax compliance activities, including corporate income tax, Value Added Tax (VAT), and other indirect tax filings where applicable.\nSupport internal audits and Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance controls, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.\nProvide required documentation and support during tax audits and government inspections.\nPartner with Shared Service Center teams to support Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes and coordinate country-specific payments such as taxes, salaries, and wages.\nCollaborate with Accounting Supervisors, Country Controllers, and cross-functional stakeholders to drive process excellence and continuous improvement.\nWhat Makes You the Right Fit\nBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.\n3 to 8 years of relevant accounting experience in an international environment.\nStrong knowledge of US GAAP, Local GAAP, statutory reporting, and tax regulations.\nExperience with financial closing, account reconciliations, and audit support activities.\nStrong systems and computer skills, including proficiency with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and Microsoft Office applications.\nFluent English language skills, both written and spoken.\nStrong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to build effective working relationships.\nHigh attention to detail, strong problem-solving capabilities, and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.\nStrong understanding of internal controls, compliance requirements, and business ethics principles.\nHow Would You Stand Out?\nProfessional accounting certification such as ACCA, CIMA, CMA, or equivalent.\nPrevious experience in a multinational Shared Service Center or audit firm environment.\nContinuous improvement mindset with a proactive and customer-focused approach.\nWhy Choose Us?\nHybrid working model with home office flexibility.\nProfessional onboarding and training programs.\nOpportunity to work in a global, multicultural environment.\nCareer development opportunities within a world-leading organization.\nLearning and development resources from day one.\nCompetitive compensation and benefits package.\nWe are a global leader in taste, scent, and nutrition, offering our customers a broader range of natural solutions and accelerating our growth strategy.
