Your potential is our inspiration.\nWhere You'll Make a Difference\nPrepare and post payroll-related journal entries, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.\nEnsure payroll transactions are recorded in accordance with US GAAP and local accounting requirements.\nPartner closely with external payroll providers to understand payroll components and their accounting impact.\nPrepare and review payroll-related accruals, including vacation accruals, incentive plans, pensions, and other locally required accruals.\nReconcile payroll-related balance sheet and profit & loss accounts and investigate variances.\nSupport month-end close activities and ensure payroll-related reporting is completed accurately and on time.\nMaintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including Finance, Human Resources, Payroll teams, and external auditors.\nSupport compliance, controls, audit activities, and Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) requirements where applicable.\nDrive process standardization, improve operational efficiency, and act as a senior point of reference within the accounting team.\nWhat Makes You the Right Fit\nMinimum 4-5 years of relevant experience in accounting, payroll accounting, or a related finance role.\nStrong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and core accounting processes.\nExperience with month-end close activities, account reconciliations, and financial reporting.\nBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.\nAdvanced Microsoft Excel skills with the ability to analyze and interpret financial data.\nExcellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.\nStrong analytical skills and exceptional attention to detail.\nExcellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills.\nA proactive mindset with the ability to identify issues, recommend solutions, and drive improvements.\nHow Would You Stand Out?\nExperience working in a multinational or shared services environment.\nKnowledge of SAP or other Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.\nExperience supporting audit processes and internal control frameworks.\nWhy Choose Us?\nOpportunity to work in a highly visible regional role supporting multiple countries across EAME.\nHybrid working model with flexibility to support work-life balance.\nInclusive, collaborative, and international working environment.\nExposure to global finance processes, systems, and stakeholders.\nContinuous learning and professional development opportunities.\nCareer growth within a leading global organization.\nWe are a global leader in taste, scent, and nutrition, offering our customers a broader range of natural solutions and accelerating our growth strategy.
