Your potential is our inspiration.\nAs a Solution Specialist Business Planning, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining the partnership between business needs and technology needs driving implementation, alignment, and execution in Business planning.\nWhere You’ll Make a Difference\nOwn and manage the project portfolio, ensuring alignment between business requirements and delivered solutions.\nAnalyze, configure, and support SAP IBP, SCM, ePPDS, and connected business processes (OtC, RtP, etc.), with working knowledge of CIDS, BW, and Snowflake.\nGather, document, and maintain business requirements, design specifications, system configurations, and test plans.\nContribute to the design, development, and delivery of new or enhanced system functionalities.\nIdentify process improvement opportunities, recommend solutions, and quantify business benefits to drive standardization, simplification, and integration.\nLead initiatives to optimize business processes through the effective and innovative use of integrated systems.\nPromote governance, best practices, stakeholder alignment, and effective communication across functions.\nProvide second-level support to key users, resolve day-to-day issues, and facilitate user training and knowledge transfer activities.\nDevelop and maintain strong networks with key users and stakeholders across regions, business units, functions, and sites to support collaboration and continuous improvement.\nWhat Makes You the Right Fit\n7+ years of experience in SAP IBP, SCM, and related integrated modules, with expertise in business planning processes including ATP, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, and Production Planning.\nStrong understanding of S/4HANA and its integration with planning and supply chain processes.\nExperience supporting and managing related business and enterprise applications within a complex IT landscape.\nProven ability to lead projects through the full lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.\nExperience in project portfolio and lifecycle management, ensuring alignment with business priorities and strategic objectives.\nDemonstrated success working within global or international organizations and collaborating across diverse teams and regions.\nExperience managing external vendors, coordinating virtual teams, and driving outcomes in a matrixed environment.\nBachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.\nHighly organized and self-directed, with strong communication and stakeholder management skills, the ability to prioritize multiple initiatives, drive results, and willingness to travel as required.\nundefined\nHow Would You Stand Out?\nDeep SAP Planning Expertise across SAP IBP, SCM, ePPDS, and integrated planning processes.\nProven Project Leadership with experience driving end-to-end implementations, process improvements, and business transformation initiatives.\nStrong Global Collaboration Skills with a track record of managing stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams in international environments.\nWhy Choose Us?\nWork in a global organization that values innovation and sustainability.\nHybrid work model offering flexibility and balance.\nOpportunities for professional growth and development.\nWe are a global leader in taste, scent, and nutrition, offering our customers a broader range of natural solutions and accelerating our growth strategy.
