Your potential is our inspiration.\nWhere You’ll Make a Difference\nServe as a Senior Workday Developer, Techno-Functional Lead, and Solution Architect for Workday implementations.\n\nLead the technical architecture, solution design, development, configuration, testing, deployment, and support of Workday solutions.\n\nProvide techno-functional expertise across Workday modules including Core HCM, Recruiting, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, Time Tracking, Absence, Talent/Performance, and related functionality.\n\nDesign, develop, enhance, and support Workday integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect, Workday Web Services, REST/SOAP APIs, RaaS, XML/XSLT, and SFTP/file-based integration solutions.\n\nConfigure and support Workday Business Processes, condition rules, validations, approvals, notifications, calculated fields, custom objects, security, and related configurations.\n\nDesign and develop Advanced Reports, Matrix Reports, Composite Reports, Calculated Fields, RaaS reports, dashboards, and BIRT reports as required.\n\nConduct technical design reviews and code reviews for Workday developers and implementation partners.\n\nEstablish development standards, naming conventions, error-handling patterns, logging, monitoring, documentation, and deployment practices.\n\nWhat Makes You the Right Fit\nMinimum 8+ years of enterprise application/HR technology experience, with significant hands-on experience implementing and supporting Workday.\n\nStrong hands-on Workday development experience with Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Web Services, REST/SOAP APIs, RaaS, XML, and XSLT.\n\nStrong understanding of Workday HCM business processes, data model, security framework, reporting, and integration architecture.\n\nExperience supporting multiple Workday functional areas such as HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, Compensation, Time Tracking, Absence, and Talent.\n\nExperience designing complex integrations between Workday and external enterprise systems.\n\nStrong experience with Advanced Reports, Calculated Fields, custom reports, and integration troubleshooting.\n\nExperience with Workday security including Domain Security, Business Process Security, security groups, and Integration System Users.\n\nStrong understanding of SDLC, Agile delivery, change management, testing, release management, and production support.\n\nStrong communication skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.\n\nHow Would You Stand Out?\nWorkday certifications in relevant Integration, HCM, Reporting, Security, or functional areas are highly preferred.\n\nExperience with Workday Extend and Workday Orchestrate is desirable.\n\nExperience integrating Workday through enterprise integration platforms or middleware is preferred.\n\nExperience with enterprise API management, event-driven integrations, cloud platforms, and modern integration architecture is a plus.\n\nWhy Choose Us?\nMultinational and supporting environment\n\nHealth insurance\n\nTraining opportunities\n\nLearning and development programs\n\nWe are a global leader in taste, scent, and nutrition, offering our customers a broader range of natural solutions and accelerating our growth strategy.
