Supporting the candidates sourcing process mainly for management and for business units and group functions for assigned geographies. Ensuring maximum utilization of the available tools to ensure timely and cost-effective quality hiring.\nRoles & Responsibilities\nResponsible for sourcing, screening and shortlisting the candidates who are meeting the criteria (work experiences, qualifications, capabilities, competencies, diversity and budget) for the assigned roles in the SLA Turn Around Time.\nEnsure timely and cost-effective fulfillment of all assigned requisitions with quality talent.\nIdentify, attract and source hard-to-find passive talent using different channels such as LinkedIn and other social media.\nJointly own the Profile Alignment Meeting (PAM) with BU HR/HRBP as soon as the vacancies are given.\nShare the PAM outputs within the panel.\nEnsure that all the applicants and candidates are in the Success Factor and use the system for the shortlisting process.\nSupport in creating, editing, and posting of job descriptions on various job boards.\nBe the IFFCO ambassador\nUnderstands the business needs and represent it appropriately.\nMaintain and promote company policies and procedures pertaining to the recruitment process established.\nPrepare reports for the relevant recruitment statistics and maintain accuracy in system and document all process and ensure compliance to same.\nIdentify a suitable recruitment partners in the assigned regions.\nKPIs\nTurn Around Time for Sourcing and shortlisting process.\n# of Interviews and Selection ratio vs # of shortlists.
