development.\nWork closely with the Food Service Development and Sales teams to introduce new products, applications, and innovative solutions that create value for customers.\nIdentify and develop new business opportunities by supporting customer acquisition, expanding distribution coverage, and increasing category penetration.\nEnsure high standards of customer service by coordinating effectively with sales coordinators, promptly addressing customer concerns, and supporting seamless order fulfillment.\nMonitor customer performance, business potential, and market opportunities to drive sustainable growth and strengthen long-term partnerships.\nEnsure timely collection of receivables, monitor customer financial health, and collaborate with relevant teams to minimize overdue payments and credit risks.\nAct as a brand ambassador by promoting the company's products, capabilities, and value proposition through customer visits, demonstrations, chef engagements, and industry events.\nKPIs\nAchievement of Whipping Cream category sales volume, revenue, and profitability targets.\nNew customer acquisition and expansion of distribution coverage within the assigned territory.\nProduct adoption and SKU penetration across existing and new customers.\nNumber of product demonstrations, customer trials, chef engagements, and training sessions conducted.\nCustomer retention, account growth, and overall customer satisfaction levels.\nTimely collection of receivables and maintenance of debtor days within agreed targets.\nSuccessful introduction of new products/applications and contribution to category growth.\nNumber of active customer visits and quality of customer relationship development with key decision-makers.\nWork Experience Requirement\n5-8 years of experience in Bakery, Foodservice, Dairy, FMCG, or Culinary Solutions sales, category development, or business development roles.\nMandatory experience in Whipping Cream with strong knowledge of applications, customer requirements, and market dynamics.\nProven track record of working with chefs, bakers, key accounts, and foodservice customers to drive product adoption, conduct demonstrations and trials, introduce new products, and achieve sales and profitability targets.\nQualification\nBachelor's Degree in Hotel Management, Culinary Arts, Food Technology, Dairy Technology, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.\nProfessional certification in Bakery, Pastry, Culinary Arts, or Food Production will be an added advantage.\nStrong technical
