in-store display advertisements, and social media visuals for campaigns, promotions, and brand-building initiatives.\nFile Preparation: Prepare print-ready files with attention to resolution, colour profiles, and technical specifications for printers or online platforms.\nEvent based artworks: Develop banners and artworks for Backwalls, Counter Tops and other display areas for various events.\nDigital Asset preparation: Develop and design visual content for digital platforms (websites, social media, email campaigns)\nBranding: Ensure all designs are consistent with our brand guidelines and contribute to a cohesive brand image.\nCollaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product, and sales teams to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality designs.\nFeedback Loop: Accept constructive feedback from stakeholders and make necessary adjustments to designs.\nInnovation: Stay on top of design trends and implement new creative ideas to keep our designs fresh and engaging.\nMulti-Project Execution: Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.\nKPIs\nDesign Software Expertise: Advanced skills in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects and other relevant design software.\nCreativity & Innovation: A strong creative vision with an eye for details like typography, layout, and color theory.\nPortfolio: A robust portfolio showcasing product artwork, digital and print marketing materials, and other design work.\nTime Management: Ability to handle multiple projects with competing deadlines in a fast paced environment.\nCommunication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to articulate ideas and feedback clearly.\nProblem Solving: Ability to troubleshoot design challenges and propose creative solutions.\nFlexibility: Willingness to adapt and iterate based on feedback from multiple stakeholders.\nWork Experience Requirement\nExperience with motion graphics and video editing.\nKnowledge of UI/UX principles. \nFamiliarity with web design tools like Figma or Sketch.\nQualification\nGraduate / Bachelors degree in Arts / Science / Graphic Designing\nAdvanced skills in
