You will build and maintain the models and reporting that inform executive decisions, including the monthly Performance Forum, and translate complex data into clear insights and recommendations.\nROLE COMMITMENTS\nBuild upon and maintain forecasting and reporting methodologies for all corporate level functions to maintain a 95% forecast accuracy\nEnable the Executive team with modeling and scenario builds for strategic financial objectives\nProvide ongoing support to CFO and FP&A leadership for long-term financial goals and projects\nKey Responsibilities\nFinancial Reporting & Analysis\nPrepare and improve internal reporting packages for FP&A leadership, the CFO, and department heads using Adaptive Planning and BI tools, including the monthly Performance Forum deck.\nPerform monthly close variance analysis and deliver commentary that is accurate, concise, and calibrated to the audience.\nAnalyze trends in KPIs across revenue, cost of sales, operating expenses, and balance sheet metrics, translating findings into actionable insight.\nSupport external reporting by preparing data, schedules, and analysis for board materials, lender reporting, and other stakeholders.\nConsolidate departmental and line-of-business budgets, forecasts, and actuals into enterprise-level views, and provide insights on key drivers, trends, risks, and opportunities.\nPlanning, Forecasting & OPEX\nBuild and maintain corporate financial models supporting the annual operating plan, rolling forecasts, and long-range plan.\nSupport OPEX planning by tracking spend against budget and forecast, analyzing variances, and partnering with corporate functions such as IT, HR, Legal, and other departments on headcount and non-headcount spend.\nSupport the company-wide headcount plan and rolling forecast, coordinating inputs from HR and department leaders and maintaining driver-based headcount models in Adaptive Planning; surface headcount-driven variances each period.\nSystems & Process\nServe as a power user of Adaptive Planning, supporting model integrity, user access, and enhancements, including automation of balance sheet and cash flow forecasting.\nSupport ad hoc data requests and analytical builds using BI tools, Tableau, and SQL.\nStrategic Support & Business Partnership\nPartner with Accounting, Sales, Marketing, Product, Operations, and Supply Chain to understand business drivers and incorporate them into forecasts.\nBuild pro forma scenario analyses with guidance from FP&A leadership, and prepare presentations and decision-ready materials for Finance leadership.\nContribute to improvements in FP&A processes, tools, and data quality.\nQualifications\nRequired\nBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.\n2-4 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or a related analytical role.\nAdvanced Excel skills (complex modeling, pivot tables, lookups, scenario analysis).\nStrong understanding of financial statements, GAAP, and the monthly close process.\nProven ability to communicate financial insights clearly to non-finance stakeholders and senior leaders.\nStrong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.\nAuthorized to work in the US without sponsorship.\nPreferred\nExperience in consumer products, subscription/SaaS, eCommerce, or retail businesses.\nExperience with ERP and planning tools (e.g., SAP, Adaptive Planning, Anaplan, Hyperion) and BI and data tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Snowflake).\nWorking knowledge of SQL; experience building executive-level PowerPoint presentations.\nMBA, CPA, or CFA a plus.\nDISCLAIMER\nCompensation may vary based on the job level, your geographic work location, position incentive plan, and exemption status. \n Although we currently may consider hiring in the states listed below, not all positions are available in all locations, and work in a particular state is not guaranteed.
